Initial Consultation - No Charge
At this visit, we will complete the service contract, receive instructions on the care of your pets and home, answer questions, and transfer keys. This meeting must be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service, if possible, and is required for new clients.
The service area is divided into three zones, with our office at 3005 East 10th Street as home base:
Zone 1 (home zone) consists of residences south of 60th Street North, north of 69th Street, east of Kiwanis Avenue, and west of Hwy.11.
Zone 2 consists of residences outside Zone 1, but not in Zone 3.
Zone 3 consists of residences north of West 12th Street, west of I-29, south of 269th Street, east of Hwy. 11, and residences in Brandon, Harrisburg, and Tea.

Pet Sitting
Zone 1: $23.00 per pet sitting visit (tax additional)
Zone 2: $25.00 per pet sitting visit (tax additional)
Zone 3: $27.00 per pet sitting visit (tax additional)
Vet/Groomer Transportation Fees
Zones 1 and 2: $25.00 round trip; $22.00 one-way trip (tax additional)
Zone 3: $40.00 round trip; $30.00 one-way trip (tax additional)
House Checking Only (no pets)
Zone 1: $20.00 (tax additional)
Zone 2: $23.00 (tax additional)
Zone 3: $25.00 (tax additional)
Vet/Groomer Transportation
Zones 1 and 2: $25.00 round trip; $20.00 one-way (tax additional)
Zone 3: $40.00 round trip; $30.00 one-way (tax additional)
Shopping
Zones 1 and 2: $25.00 per shopping trip
Zone 3: $27.00 per shopping trip
Combined Family Pets
When families combine their dogs at one house, there is an additional charge of $10.00 per visit for each additional family, up to a total of four dogs.

Plant Watering - Included *
* Additional fees may be charged for services rendered outside regular route area, for administering medication to temperamental pets, for watering a large number of plants, or for other requested services that are especially time-consuming.
Cancellation Fee - $25.00
This fee will be imposed if pet owner cancels this contract after house key has been picked up by the pet sitter.
Cancellation Policy
This policy is in force as a reminder that your pet sitter's time is valuable to you, as well as to other clients. Reservations should be made in good faith so that your pet sitter can schedule and provide the best and most efficient service possible for all. However, we understand that emergencies and special circumstances do occur and we will take those into consideration for credit.
- Three days or more prior to service start - NO CHARGE
- 0-48 hours prior to service start - 30% of service total is charged
- Holidays - 0-48 hours prior to service start, 100% of service total is charged (no refunds.)
Holidays involved in this policy are New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
As always, there is no extra charge for holiday pet care. Please remember to book early as the schedule fills up fast.
